You can see the workings of a New York State Farm micro distillery in action during our distillery tours, including a view of our custom-made copper stills, the work of European master craftsmen—a work of art that serves as a backdrop to the tasting room. There, you can also taste our craft spirits at the elegant art deco bar from the 1939 World’s Fair in Flushing, Queens.

We host musical and educational and fun events throughout the year including, History Talks by County Historian, John Conway, Artist and Craft PoP-Ups, Annual Musical Events with LaMar-NYC (Our Latin Gathering of Amazing Musicians), Our Famous Halloween Parties, Our Local Dance Bands, Somerville Brothers Band and others, Concerts by Arlen Roth, The Eagle Fest featuring our local Falconer and the Delaware Valley Conservatory, Tasting Events and many other performances throughout the year.

Located minutes from the legendary Woodstock festival site, amidst a landscape of bucolic fields, with a tasting room featuring an art deco bar from the 1939 World’s Fair in Queens and our custom-made copper stills presiding over the festivities through a glass wall, this is the ideal place to have your party.

We can accommodate events of all kinds from company functions to bar-mitzvahs and weddings. We’ve hosted everything from small sweet 16s to Cornell University’s distilling conference, a how-to distilling course for future distillers throughout the country. Events can be held inside or outside on the rolling hills of our grounds, populated by wildlife like red stag deer.

Our catering staff will work with you to devise a special occasion just for you, whether inside the Distillery or its neighboring Dancing Cat Saloon, or outside against a background of rolling farm fields and large-scale art installations from our Stray Cat art gallery.

There can be live music, distillery tours and tastings thrown into the mix.
